1. Returns and Exchanges Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags, and in original packaging. Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery, excluding swimwear and lingerie. Sale items are eligible only for exchanges. If returns are not caused by our fault (e.g., quality issues, color difference, or incorrect shipment), postage will not be refunded, and the item will only be eligible for an exchange. 2. Shipping Costs Customers bear return and exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. 3. Refunds Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. 4.
