Refund policy

General Conditions

ChicCharm Boutique UK accepts returns or exchanges of items that are new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging, within 28 days of the delivery date. This applies even in cases where the item does not fit.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and lingerie are not eligible for unconditional returns. If you need assistance regarding this, please reach out to our customer service team.

Please do not return the package to the address on the shipping label, as it is not the return address. Otherwise, no refund will be accepted!

If the reason for return or exchange is not due to an error on our part (such as a defective product, incorrect item, or color discrepancy), the customer is responsible for return & exchange shipping costs.

Upon receiving your returned items, we will assess the condition to ensure they meet the return criteria (new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags and in its original packaging). Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

For items with quality issues, you do not need to return them. Instead, contact us at info@chiccharm.co.uk, and we will work with you to provide a solution that minimizes any inconvenience, you need to provide us with a picture of the product to get a refund.

For products within the delivery time, if there is no quality and size problems, only exchange service is accepted. Further, products on SALE are not refundable, only exchange service is accepted. You need to return the product, and we will exchange the product for you free of charge for only one time.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days from delivery date, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

If the returns are not caused by our fault (quality problem, color difference, wrong shipment), we will not refund the postage, it is only eligible for exchange.

Please note:

  • If the return is not due to our fault (e.g., quality issues, incorrect item, or color difference), shipping fees and customs duties will not be refunded.
  • If you are returning multiple items, please consult with customer service for information regarding shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

Each item is eligible for one exchange. If you wish to exchange an item for one of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the price difference, only in cases of quality issues. If the exchange is not due to our error, returning shipping costs and the shipping fees of the new order will not be refunded.

The fastest way to ensure you smooth exchange process is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
